CREAMY PARMESAN ORZO
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 1 TBS butter
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 11â�„4 cups chicken broth
  • 11â�„4 cup water
  • 1â�„4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Heat butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add orzo and cook for three minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed and orzo is done (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Serves 4.
