  • 4 sticks of butter, room temperature
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 TBS vanilla flavor
  • 1 TBS butter flavor
  • 1 TBS rum flavor
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 box French vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour three 8-inch pans.
Cream butter until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Beat eggs in one at a time. Beat in flavoring.
In a separate bowl mix flour with baking soda, salt and pudding mix.
Beat the flour mixture into the batter, alternating with the milk.
Pour into pans and bake for about 35 minutes
