  • 2 sticks butter
  • 21?2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 TBS corn starch
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 2 tsp. coconut flavoring
  • 1 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 12 ounces sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 9-inch pie shells
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs together in a large mixing bowl. Mix corn starch into one can of milk. Stir all milk and flavorings into butter mixture. Stir in coconut. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Yields 2 pies.
