Vegetables & Side Dishes
Contributed by:
  • 7 large potatoes
  • 1?2 can evaporated milk
  • 8 oz. grated extra sharp cheddar cheese (use more or less to taste), divided
  • 1 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1?4 stick butter
Peel and boil potatoes about 40 minutes or until fork-tender. Mash potatoes, stirring in evaporated milk.
Fold in half of grated cheese. Add seasoning salt and butter. Put mixture into small casserole dish.
Top with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
