  • 1.3 lbs. lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Herbes de Provence
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/4 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups whole oats
  • 4 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Greek nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
Combine and mix all ingredients together except the olive oil. Spray a nonstick frying pan with non-stick spray and add 1/2 of the olive oil.
Let the pan get hot. Measure out 1/2 cup of mixture and form into a patty; place it in the frying pan. Repeat until pan is full. Adjust the heat to medium-high and cook until the patties are done on each side. Add more olive oil if needed.
Place patties on a whole wheat bun and add a piece of Swiss cheese, a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, red onion slices, avocado slices and Special Sauce. Yields 10 burgers.
