‘CASSEROLE STUFF’ (CHicken casserole)
Contributed by:
  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans condensed cream of
  • chicken soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • Crescent rolls
Boil chicken meat and chop. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together soup, sour cream and curry powder. Stir in chicken. Pour into a 9- by 13-inch casserole dish. Top with cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Unroll crescent rolls and lay over casserole. Return to oven to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the dough has browned slightly on top.
