  • 6 individual-serving-sized sponge cakes
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • shredded coconut
Cut sponge cakes in half. Combine sugar and cocoa powder. Put butter in a saucepan on low heat to melt. Stir butter into powdered ingredients. Stir in milk. Remove mixture from heat. Dip cake halves into chocolate, then dip in coconut. Allow cake halves to cool before serving.
