Squash Casserole
Vegetables & Side Dishes

  • 2 cups yellow squash, cooked
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1â�„2 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup herbed seasoned stuffing
  • 1â�„2 tsp. salt
  • 1â�„8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 TBS sugar
  • 1â�„2 cup cheese, grated
Combine squash, milk, margarine, eggs, stuffing, salt, pepper and sugar and place in a two-quart casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
