Meat loaf

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1â�„2 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs or toasted bread
  • salt and pepper to taste
Chop onion, green pepper, celery and tomatoes. Combine ground beef, egg, cracker crumbs or toasted bread, onion, green pepper, celery, tomatoes and salt and pepper. Mix well in large bowl.
Form into a loaf. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 11�2 hours.
