BAKED FISH
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 6 flounders ( or other white fish)
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
  • 2 cans canned asparagus
  • Parmesan cheese
Line casserole dish with aluminum foil and six flounders (12 filets). Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper to cover lightly and place single layer on foil. Thinly slice cream cheese and place single layer over fish.
Add a layer of asparagus. Repeat with another layer of fish, cream cheese and asparagus. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake for additional 10 minutes uncovered until cheese has melted.
