GRILLED SHRIMP
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 20 jumbo shrimp
  • Spray butter
  • Louisiana-style Cajun seasoning coated to taste to determine spiciness
Peel and clean shrimp. Spray with butter and generously sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Grill for about 15 minutes over medium to high heat until shrimp starts to split open, turning half way through. Squirt with lemon juice to keep shrimp from getting dry. This helps also quench flame flare-ups on the grill.
