  • 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 TBS sugar, divided
  • 1â�„2 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 stick of butter
Pour pineapple into a long baking dish. Pour strawberries over pineapple. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar over fruit. Shake cake mix evenly over fruit. Place pecans over cake mix. Pour 1 tablespoon sugar over pecan layer. Cut butter into small chunks and drop over pecan layer. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
