Sushi rice

Ingredients: 11⁄2 cup raw short grain rice 3 cups water 1⁄3 cup sushi vinegar
Steam the rice to according to package instructions. Put into a wooden or plastic bowl and, with a wooden or plastic spoon or spatula, lightly toss in the sushi vinegar. Use immediately.
