Peach Cobbler

  • 4 cans of sliced peaches
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 stick of butter
Drain the liquid from 11�2 cans of the peaches and set aside for other uses or discard. Pour the peaches and the remaining liquid into the Dutch oven. Add additional liquid if needed. Pour the cake mix evenly over the fruit mixture and then sprinkle the brown sugar over it. Thinly slice the butter and drop on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until the cake mix is done. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Serves 10-15.
