Quick Sour Cream Rolls

  • 1 package. dry yeast
  • 1â�„4 cup hot water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1â�„4 tsp. soda
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 21â�„3 cups flour, divided
Dissolve yeast in 1�4 cup hot water. Add egg, sugar, salt, soda and sour cream. Mix well until blended. Stir in 11�3 cup of flour and beat two minutes. Add last cup of flour and mix with a spoon or spatula. Put in muffin pans and let rise for 50 minutes in a warm place. Bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
