Egg Custard Pie

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 TBS flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1â�„2 stick margarine (melted)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Beat eggs. Mix flour into sugar and beat into eggs. Beating well, add melted margarine, vanilla and milk. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then at 375 degrees 10 minutes and at 325 for 10 minutes, or bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
