Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken Pie

  • 1 (21â�„2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cooked and de-boned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 stick butter (chopped)
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1â�„2 cup milk
  • 1â�„2 cup buttermilk, mixed
Place chicken in the bottom of a baking dish. Bring chicken soup and broth to a boil. Pour over chicken. Chop butter into flour and mix in milk for batter. Pour batter over chicken. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
