Ingredients:
3⁄4 lb. ground beef
1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
2 TBS brown sugar
3⁄4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 TBS minced onion
1 can biscuits
Brown meat with sauce, onions and sugar. Put a biscuit into each well of a muffin pan and form the biscuits into a bowl shape. Spoon beef mixture into biscuits. Top with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
