BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 2 boxes frozen broccoli
  • 3â�„4 cup rice
  • 1 onion
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 8 oz. canned cheese spray
Cook broccoli according to directions, add a pinch of salt and drain. Cook rice according to directions. Mix broccoli and rice and put into a casserole dish. Chop onion and cook in butter. Pour over broccoli. Mix evaporated milk and cheese in a saucepan, warm it and pour over the broccoli. Stick spoon all through it to let sauce spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes covered and 15 more minutes uncovered.
