MEATLOAF

Ingredients:
11�2 lbs. ground beef
14 crackers
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
1�2 tsp. salt
1�4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato sauce, divided
1�2 cup water
3 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix beef, crackers, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1�3 can tomato sauce in a large bowl. Form into loaf and place in baking dish.
Mix together remaining tomato sauce, water, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over top of meatloaf. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
