Vegetables & Side Dishes

2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 can sliced water chesnuts, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1â�„2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 sleeve butter crackers
1 stick margarine
Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, celery, onion, cheddar cheese and mayonnaise. Pour into casserole dish.
Crush crackers and melt margarine; mix. Crumble over the top of the vegetable mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
