  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1â�„2 to 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Paprika
Grease casserole dish. Fry sausage, breaking it up. Drain well. Tear bread into pieces and put into baking dish, layering with the sausage. Top with shredded cheese. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
