Mexican-style rice
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 3 TBS corn oil
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 oz. tomato sauce
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 cube tomato-chicken boullion
In medium size cooking pan, heat oil. Pour in rice and cook it for 3-4 minutes and stirr (many of the grains should turn translucent). Then add tomato sauce and water. Crumble in boullion cube. Cover and let cook for about 20 to 25 minutes.
