LEMON POPPYSEED POUNDCAKE

Ingredients:
  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • juice from 1 lemon or 1 TBS lemon juice
Mix all ingredients. Pour batter into greased bundt pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
TOPPING:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 TBS lemon juice
Mix 3�4 cup powdered sugar and 2 TBS lemon juice and drizzle over the top of cake.
