  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups persimmon pulp
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups butter
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in a 14 X 10 pan or a deep circular pan. (The deep pan gives each piece more distinction between a chewier outside and a smoother inside.) Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla, persimmon pulp and cinnamon. Add flour alternatively with milk. Add the butter which has been melted in the pan in which you are to bake the pudding. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
