Baked Beans

  • 7 to 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 16 oz. pork and beans
  • 4 TBS mustard
  • 4 TBS ketchup
  • 4 TBS maple syrup
Fry bacon in pan until crispy. Reserve two slices of bacon and crumble the rest. Chop onion and cook it in the same pan. Mix pork and beans, mustard, ketchup, maple syrup, bacon and onion. Pour into casserole dish. Lay two slices of bacon on top. Cook in oven at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
