  • 1 medium sweet onion
  • 12 oz. or 16 oz. angel hair pasta
  • cooking spray
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chop the onion finely. Cook, drain and rinse the pasta. Spray a cooking dish large enough to hold the pasta and chicken with cooking spray. Mix the mushroom soup, milk, parmesan cheese and onion. Brown chicken breasts on both sides. Put pasta in dish. Pour 3/4 cup of soup mixture over the pasta and mix thoroughly.
Place chicken breasts on top of pasta. Pour remaining soup over the chicken. Bake 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
