Pumpkin Cakes

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 cup crisco oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • For the icing:
  • 1 1/2 cup butter of margarine
  • 11 (8 oz.) packs of cream cheese
  • 1 lb. box confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan in 350 degree oven for 45 minuts.
Icing: Mix thoroughly and spread on cake.
