Banana bread

  • 3 small bananas
  • 3â�„4 cup honey
  • 1â�„4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1â�„2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 11â�„2 cups whole wheat flour
Mash bananas. Add honey, butter, baking soda, salt, eggs and flour and mix well. Pour into a greased 9x51�2x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove from pan at once and cool on wire rack.
