Sauteed Green Beans

  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 3-4 baby portabella mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 1 TBS finely chopped basil
  • 1 TBS Mediterranean olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
In a skillet, sauté the green beans, mushrooms and basil in olive oil until beans are tender-crisp. Season with black pepper, to taste.
