SAUSAGE GRAVY

Ingredients:
2 TBS grease from cooking sausage
11⁄2 TBS flour
3⁄4 cup milk
3⁄4 cup water
Mix grease and flour in a saucepan over high heat, stirring until it combines and turns brown. Mix in milk and water. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil and begins to thicken.
