  • 3 cups (2 lbs.) mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1â�„2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1â�„3 stick margarine
  • 1â�„2 cup milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1â�„3 cup self-rising flour
  • 1â�„2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1â�„3 stick margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, vanilla, eggs, margarine and milk. Pour into baking dish. Mix brown sugar, flour, pecans and margarine. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake for 35 minutes until top is brown and bubbling.
