  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 graham cracker pie shell
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add in condensed milk, beating until smooth. Add eggs and mix well. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 50-55 minutes or until set (firm). Remove from oven and cool 1 hour. Chill at least four hours.
Garnish with fruit (optional).
