ROASTED PECAN CLUSTERS

Ingredients:
  • 3 TBS butter or margarine
  • 3 cups pecan pieces or halves
  • 3â�„4 lb. (6 squares) chocolate or almond bark
Melt butter in a 15-x10-x1-inch jellyroll pan. Spread pecans evenly in pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Melt bark squares in top of a double boiler. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Cool 2 minutes. Add pecans and stir until well coated. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper. Before serving, let cool completely.
