  • 2 eggs
  • 2â�„3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1â�„2 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 11â�„2 cups sugar
  • 3 TBS cocoa
  • 2 tsp. corn starch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2â�„3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
Beat eggs. Add milk and butter or margarine. Mix together sugar, cocoa and corn starch and combine with egg mixture. Add vanilla and beat well. Stir in chopped pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
