BANANA BREAD

Ingredients:
  • 2 large, firm, ripe bananas
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1â�„2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1â�„2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1â�„4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 1 oz baking powder
  • 1â�„4 cup milk
  • 1â�„2 tsp. baking soda
2 large, firm, ripe bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
1�2 cup sugar
1 tsp. lime juice
2 cups flour
1�2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1�4 cup cooking oil
1 egg (optional)
1 oz baking powder
1�4 cup milk
1�2 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Wash, peel, and mash bananas, adding lime juice (to prevent darkening). Mix all other ingredients into bananas, mixing well. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake until done (about 50 minutes).
