  • 5 lbs. white potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 18 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 pint sweet relish
  • 21â�„2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 4 TBS mustard
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 4 TBS mustard
  • 2 TBS sugar
Boil potatoes in salted water, drain and cool (do not let get soft, just a little tender). Chop potatoes. In a large bowl combine potatoes, onions, celery, eggs, salt, pepper and relish. Gently stir in mustard, mayonnaise and sugar until combined.
