BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Eggs & Cheese

Ingredients:
  • 6 slices bread, buttered, crust removed
  • 1 lb. fully cooked sausage
  • 11â�„2 cups shredded sharp cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • Greese a 13 X 9 inch baking dish. Cut bread into cubes and place in the baking dish. Crumble sausage over bread, and sprinkle one cup cheese over sausage. Beat eggs and mix in salt, mustard and milk with them. Pour over dish. Sprinkle top with last 1â�„2 cup cheese. Cover in foil and refrigerate overnight.
  • Take out in the morning and let set for 10 minutes. Then bake it at 350 degrees for 40-50 imnutes.
