  • Four 8-oz. blocks cream cheese
  • 8 oz. blue cheese
  • 3 tsp. minced garlic
  • 6 oz. pesto sauce
  • 4 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3â�„4 cup walnuts, chopped
Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap. Blend cream cheese, blue cheese and garlic. Put 1�3 of it in the bottom of the pan. Layer that with half the pesto, half the walnuts and half the sun-dried tomatoes.
Repeat that process for the next layers, then top it all off with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
The strata has a total of three layers of cream cheese.
