  • 1â�„2 stick butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 4-6 chicken breasts
  • 1â�„2 pint sour cream
  • small can sliced mushrooms
  • white wine (optional)
  • seasoning salt
  • paprika
Sauté onions in butter. Place in baking dish. Add chicken and seasonings. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spread sour cream over each chicken breast, and place mushrooms on top. Add a dash of white wine. Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly, about 1�2 hour more.
