Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients:
  • 4 large eggs, beaten lightly
  • 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 package creamed spinach, defrosted
  • 2⁄3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup milk
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (9 inch) baked pie crust or 24 mini crusts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium bowl, combine eggs and flour until smooth. Add creamed spinach, Swiss cheese, milk, onion, nutmeg, and pepper; stir well to combine. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
