Peter Pan Cookies
Desserts

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 TBS milk
  • 2 1/2 cups plain flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. soda
Combine butter, salt, and peanut butter. Mix well. Add sugar gradually and cream thoroughly. Add eggs and milk. Mix well. Sift flour with soda and add to first mixture, blending well. Roll in desired shapes, put on cookie sheet and press down with a fork. Press lightly to make ridge. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 5 dozen cookies.
