  • 1â�„4 lb. lean hamburger
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 4-5 onion slices
  • 1 14 inch square of heavy-duty aluminum foil
  • Seasonings: salt and pepper, garlic salt (optional)
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce--optional
Shape the hamburger into a patty and place in the foil. Flavor with seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Place potatoes on and around the hamburger patty and the onion slices directly on the patty.
Grab the corners of the foil and fold into a pocket, leaving enough room for food to breathe in the foil.
Put package on a bed of coals and cover with more coals. If cooking with a campfire, place in the warm area near the flames but not directly in flames.
Ley cook for 45-60 minutes. Serve warm in package.
