  • 4 TBS canola oil
  • 2 lbs. collard greens
  • 2 heaping tsp. garlic
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1â�„2 lb. turkey sausage
Heat canola oil in a cast iron pan. Chop collard greens and put in the pan; add garlic and stir to coat. Pour in the beef broth and boil on high for five minutes.
Adjust heat to low and cook for 45 minutes to an hour and a half.
Cook the turkey sausage separately, then add it into the greens during their last 15 minutes of cooking.
