THREE BEAN SALAD
Vegetables & Side Dishes
Contributed by:
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can French style green beans
  • 1 can light red kidney beans
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small green pepper
Mix Splenda, apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil. Rinse and drain beans and pimentos. Cut onion and pepper into rings and add to beans. Pour vinegar mixture over other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
