  • 1 package sugar free chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 stick light margarine
  • 1 8 oz. package reduced fat cream cheese
  • 2 small packages sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 1 16 oz. fat free frozen whipped topping
Crush cookies and reserve 3/4 cup cookies for topping. Mix melted margarine and cookies. Spray a 9 x 13 pan lightly with cooking spray. Place margarine and cookie mixture in pan. Mix cream cheese, pudding and milk until smooth. Spoon on top of sandwich cookies. Cover pudding mixture with thawed topping, sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs and refrigerate. Serves 18
