  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 TBS lemon pepper or Old Bay seasoning
  • 5 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup of olive oil
Add together flour and lemon pepper seasoning. Batter fish with seasonings in bowl. You can also place the seasoning and flour in a zip-locked bag and shake with filets in it. Add olive oil to pre-heated skillet at 250 degrees. Place filet in the oil. Cook filet for five minutes each, flipping on each side until golden brown and the inside of the fish is white. Serve with fresh asparagus and wild rice.
