MEATLOAF
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 12 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups plus 3 TBS ketchup, divided
  • 6 eggs
  • Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Chop onions and peppers finely. Mix them with the ground beef, 3 TBS ketchup, eggs and bread crumbs. Put into a loaf pans or big casserole dish and form into loaf shape. Mix 1 1/2 cups ketchup with sugar and spoon over the top of meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
