EASY HOMEMADE ROLLS
Breads

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 envelope yeast (any kind)
  • 1 TBS kosher or sea salt
  • 3 TBS olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
Combine ingredients and mix by hand or electric mixer with a dough hook. Take out of bowl and knead until shiny (this is great for a child with clean hands to do).
Break off into 12 balls and place them into an 8-inch pie plate or cake pan and let rise for an hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly brown.
