SKILLET STEAK
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 1 New York strip steak
  • 1/2 lb. rib-eye
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 2 potatoes
   In a very hot pan, sear meat on both sides and remove. Reduce heat to medium. Cut meat into chunks. Cut onion and peppers into strips. Place meat, onion, peppers and garlic into pan and stir. Cut potatoes into quarters and lay on top of mixture. Cover and let cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
